FPP型系列磨机是一种预粉磨设备，粗物料粉磨也可以作为最终粉磨设备。水泥熟料通过FPP粉磨后平均粒度≤2mm，物质结构组织得到改善，物料的易磨性极大提高，该设备应用于水泥可作预粉磨设备，为大型化的产量，小型化的粉磨设备提供了一种新型机型。
    FPP型系列磨机是由磨辊、磨盘、电动机、减速机、加压装置、进出料装置、机壳等部件组成。磨辊是对物料进行挤压、碾压粉磨的主要部件，它是由辊套、辊芯、轴、轴承、辊子支架等组成。磨内有两只磨辊，每只磨辊装在一根轴上，可以实现不同转速转动以适应粉磨料层的厚度。
    磨盘固定在减速机的输出轴上，磨盘上有环形槽，环形衬板装在环形槽内，由磨辊和环形槽组成碾磨区，磨盘有盘座、衬板、挡料环等组合而成。
    加压装置是提供碾磨压力的重要组成部件，它由高压油站、液压缸、拉杆、蓄能器等组成。通过液压站、液压缸向磨辊施加足够的压力使物料受碾压而粉碎。
    减速机通过电动机的拖动而旋转，并进行功率的传递和减速带动磨盘旋转，并承受磨盘的重量及碾磨压力。
    电动机拖动减速机带动磨盘转动，物料从进料口落入磨盘中央，磨盘旋转，物料在离心力的作用下向磨盘周边移动，进入碾磨区，物料受磨辊压力进行碾压而粉碎，粉碎的物料继续向周边移动，最后从磨盘园周推出，落到卸料装置排出机体。
    FPP型系列磨机在磨盘上装置槽形衬板，磨辊采用高强度硬质合金材料，耐磨性能好，一只磨辊可使用7000小时以上，接近于一年更换一次。

     FPP series is made up by mill roller, grinding disc, motor, decelerator, apply press device, feeding and discharging device and chassis.
    The roller is the main part for pinching and milling material. It is made up of roller cover, roller core, bearing, and roller support etc. parts. There are two rollers in mill, and each one of them is fixed on a shaft and can rotate with different speed in order to adapt the thickness of the clinker.
    The grinding disc is fixed on the output shaft of the reducer. There are annular troughs on the millstone, and the annular liner is installed in them. The milling area is made up of roller and troughs. The millstone is made up of pedestal，liner and stuffing material ring etc.
    Pressurize device is a very important component for supporting milling pressure. It is made up by high-pressure oil station, hydraulic pressure cylinder, pull rod and energy-holding device etc. parts. Enough pressure supplied by hydraulic station and hydraulic pressure cylinder make the roller crush the materials in small size.
    The reducer rotates through the dragging force of the motor and makes the grinding disc rotated. Materials come into the inner part of the grinding disc. With the rotation of the grinding disc, materials are brought to the side part by the centrifugal force, and come into the annular troughs, and then crush by the roller. The crushed materials move to the side part continually, and fall into the discharging device, then discharged to the outside of the machine.
    The channel type liner board was assembled on the grinding disc of FPP series mill, and the high tension hard alloy was adopted so that one roller can be used above 7000 hours due to its performance of good abrasion resistance. User can renew it about one year.
